By accessing or using our website, software products, AI development services, healthcare RCM systems, or enterprise solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 2. Scope of Services
Wikta IT Services provides IT consulting, custom web and mobile application development, artificial intelligence integration, cloud infrastructure management, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and healthcare RCM consulting. Specific service level agreements (SLAs), deliverables, and milestones for commercial engagements are governed by executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, brand assets, proprietary software code, domain names, UI/UX designs, and technical documentation on this site are the intellectual property of Wikta IT Services Pvt Ltd or its licensors. Clients retain ownership of custom IP created under signed commercial agreements upon full settlement of financial obligations.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to protect proprietary source code, system architecture specifications, customer database records, and trade secrets disclosed during technical evaluations or ongoing projects using industry-standard security and non-disclosure standards.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wikta IT Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, public API endpoints, or informational assets.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
